"Flamed" Copper Bracelet

I've been wanting to make a copper bracelet but was concerned about the solder joins showing. I wouldn't think of making a bracelet (copper or otherwise) without soldering the connections. In fact, I thought I had soldered all connections but missed one. As I was brushing the bracelet over the sink, it fell apart at the missed join (shock, horror)...copper is just too soft to not solder it. So here it is...and with the patina, the silver soldered joins do not show.

Surf and Sea Pendant.

Peridot meet Larimar (Dominican Republic) in this fabulous piece. Fabricated from sterling silver sheet during our long winter here in NY. I've wanted to combine these two for a long time and I am happy with the results. $189 comes with a nice rope chain in 16", 18", 20", or 22" size.

Caribbean Memories

This is a large piece measuring 2 3/4" from top to bottom of focal piece. Techniques used: reticulation on sterling silver, beach glass piece is sewn into the base, soldering and forming...a very organic piece and a real statement piece. This seaglass piece is not flat and neither is the base. The base started out flat but I was not at all happy with it so I went at it on the stakes and with pliers to make it FLOW just like the glass. One-of-a-kind and cannot be repeated.

The beach glass was found on a sunny carribean beach...picture caribbean blue water just like travel brochures, white sand with lots of shells, and a brilliant blue sky. Equally wonderful was that David and I were the only ones on the beach for as far as the eye could see.

$369 and comes with anti-tarnish pouch for storage to keep it shiney for a long time.

Nantucket Beach Stone and Pearl Pendants

I picked up these beach stones while Debbie and I were on Nantucket having a family-free weekend away. They are a perfect contrast to the fine pearls I've paired them with. My pearl source provides me with AAA grade pearls and these are no exception. The Nantucket beaches have through the gift of time softened and smoothed these stones. Sterling Silver and Fine silver. A nice rope chain (16"- 24") compliments these pieces.

Fine Beach Glass Bracelet

This is a beauty of a beach glass piece that I picked up in the Carribean...great color. I bezel set it and added sterling silver rings in sterling and fine silver. Fabricated. Of course the beach glass is never flat and easy to set but I took the time to do it right and it turned out great, I think! This may become mine....
